Structure
Two doctoral programmes are offered through the KEDS-CIU Partnership: the Doctor of Ministry (DMin) and the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). The DMin includes a concentration on Leadership. The PhD offers three concentrations: Biblical Studies, Theological Studies, and Practical Theology.

Timeline
The Doctoral Programmes can each be completed within six years. The DMin programme is a total of 30 credit hours, and the PhD programme is a total of 45 credit hours.

How to Apply
First, you need to select a qualified member of KEDS faculty and arrange a meeting to discuss your project. You can do this by completing the inquiry form at the bottom of this page. Once an agreement has been made between the student and supervisor, KEDS will assist you in completing an application form for CIU
Accreditation
The Doctoral Programmes are offered in partnership with CIU and are thus accredited through the Association of Theological Schools.
